Maximilian Pawelzik

Maximilian Pawelzik (born September 7, 1996) is a German digital marketing consultant and aspiring art market professional. He is known for his work in search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and content marketing, as well as for his entrepreneurial background as the founder of the inbound marketing agency Team Raygun.
Among his family, friends and business partners, he is known for his passion for art, extensive international travel, and a digital nomad lifestyle that shaped his life between 2022 and 2025.
University and Early Career (2016-2021)
Maximilian Pawelzik graduated in 2019 from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (University of Applied Sciences) with a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Management (Kultur und Management).
His studies focused on the cultural sector, particularly the art world, alongside the practical implementation of digital marketing techniques. His academic work culminated in his bachelor’s thesis examining how cultural institutions can successfully apply search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing. During this period, he completed a three-month internship at an art gallery in Lisbon, Portugal.
After graduating from university, Pawelzik began his professional career with an SEO Traineeship at a digital marketing agency in Dresden, where he later worked as a Junior SEO Manager until May 2021.
Entrepreneurial Career (2021-2025)
Maximilian Pawelzik started his own business in the summer of 2021 as a freelance SEO consultant under the name hausamseo. Over the following years, he developed his business advising international companies and empowering marketing teams in the areas of search visibility, lead generation, website architecture, and conversion rate optimization.
In 2024, he relaunched his services as Team Raygun Inbound Marketing Agency leading a team of four. This evolution marked a strategic shift toward consultung and client adisory, moving away from operational implementation.
Digital Nomad Years (2022-2025)
Over a three-year period between summer 2022 and autumn 2025, Pawelzik operated as a digital nomad, living and working in more than 30 countries.
This phase was instrumental to his professional growth; by participating in numerous international business conferences and workations he established an extensive network of professionals and entrepreneurs. Furthermore, this period of global mobility enabled him to acquire significant intercultural competencies and a comprehensive understanding of international market environments.
Orientation Toward the Art Market (since 2025)
In addition to his role as Team Lead and owner of Team Raygun, Pawelzik initiated a strategic transition toward the international art market throughout 2025.
To gain practical market exposure, Pawelzik traveled extensively to galleries and art fairs globally, including those in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Rome, Paris, and Berlin. Furthermore, he formalized his industry knowledge through specialized studies in the art market at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art as well as Christie’s Education.

In early 2026, Pawelzik founded Ars et Humanitas, a digital platform dedicated to arts and culture. Through this project, he publishes research, art market observations, and insights derived from his professional experience.
